This is a deep detox facials. This facial is a super boost to cleanse away dull dry, sluggish skin. It incorporates a customized session, with a powerful combination of the following steps:
These are “lunch time” peels, there is no down time and you may go about your day directly after these treatments.
I am not able to perform these peels on sunburned skin, people using acutane, retin-a, products with glycolics or AHA’s or have recently waxed. Some of these peels are not suitable for people who have darker ethnic skin.
There are many benefits of waxing. With waxing, you are removing the “papilla” or the root of the hair, from the follicle. It takes about 2-3 weeks before most people see hair start to grow after a waxing session. Over time, constant trauma to the hair root causes it to weaken, and you will see an extended amount of time in which you remain smooth.
With initial waxing sessions, breakouts are very common. Clients should not let this discourage them. After the second or third session, most people do not see anymore break outs. Using a loofah or products with anti-acne ingredients help keep breakouts at bay.
There is a small level of discomfort with waxing, but it is manageable. Again, the more you wax, the easier it becomes. Successful waxing is about routine. You must do it every 4-8 weeks. Try taking Tylenol about an hour before arrival.
I cannot wax skin with lesions, a sun burn or freshly peeled skin. Arrive freshly showered with no body lotions or oils.
